Zhejiang Zhuji: 40 years after the Qingkou Paper is “out of the mountain”

Lao Yang told us that when squeezing, not only should the pressed paper be placed evenly, but it should also be observed that the amount of water leaked after squeezing should not be too great, otherwise it could easily crush the paper. If the pressing pressure is too low, it is difficult to dry the wet paper. "Take paper also pay attention to the heat, dry paper is not good to tear, too wet will not work."

The pressed paper can be dried and dried in two ways. One is to facilitate drying in the sun; the other is to paste paper on paper and bake it in an open flame. The paper made by the latter method will scratch a lot.

Yang Zhiyi said that this is the entire process of the production process of the Qingkou Paper. It only takes one day for the paper to be converted from wood into paper.
