Laser holography as potential and development of anti-counterfeit technology

Laser holography is a stereoscopic photographic technique developed rapidly after the laser was introduced in the 1960s. It has been successfully applied in the fields of image 3D display, interference measurement and non-destructive testing. In the 1970s, with the mass production of laser holograms, that is, the invention of molded holographic technology, laser holography became a new method of anti-counterfeiting, which has been applied to the security of credit cards, certificates, and securities.
