Control Charts

The above are just commonly used quality improvement tools. In the production practice, quality improvement ideas must be used to bring the effects of these tools into play. There are many creative sources for continuous improvement of quality, of which the more common are: benchmarking, 5W2H, brainstorming, in-depth interviews, and quality groups.
