Fillet welds mainly include T-weld joints, lap welds and joint welds.

I. T-weld flaw detection T-weld joint flaw detection has two forms: one is that the middle part of the joint between the panel and the web does not need to be welded, and only welds at the two corners. The second is the penetration of the joint between the panel and the web. The two welds can be inspected with a straight probe and an oblique probe.

In the actual detection, as long as the condition (detection surface) allows, the panel is generally used as the detection surface and the transverse wave is used for detection. When detecting, first determine the position of the weld centerline on the panel. The centerline is positioned by moving the probe on one side of the weld to obtain a positional wave position reflected from the weld angle, and then the probe moves on the other side of the weld, and also obtains a positional wave position reflected from the weld angle ( The reflected waves on both sides are the same on the screen.) The center point of the distance between the two probes is the midpoint of the probe. The center line of the weld can be drawn by two center points.

In the case of flaw detection, the oblique probe moves from the a position of the sound path to the position b, and the distance moved is equal to the thickness of the web, and a wave and b wave appear on the screen. When the flaw detector probe moves from a to b on both sides of the center line of the weld, if a wave is generated between the a wave and the b wave, it is generally a defect wave. Lateral defects can be detected by moving the oblique probe along the centerline (the direction of the beam is parallel to the centerline).

When the probe moves along the centerline to detect lateral defects, there should generally be no reflected waves. If there are reflected waves, it is basically a defect wave. However, when the web is thin or the probe moves with deflection, the amount of weld reinforcement will also occur. Reflected waves should be noted for differences.

Vein Finder

The vein viewer uses strong infrared light to detect dorsal venous rete of hand, so that health care workers can easily see the blood vessels and find IV sites for needle placement thus to achieve successful injections.

For people whose veins are not easily found (like infants, fat people, people with edema, etc.). patients who cannot move freely, and other accidental occasions. The product can be widely used in hospitals (like ICU.ambulance.neurology. orthopedics department and sureical department.rescue service for fire-fighting and soldiers. Especially useful under darkly lit environments or smoggy circumstances.
