Recently, the China Automotive Technology and Research Center announced the results of the safety collision test evaluation of a new batch of child safety seats. The results showed that the quality of the child safety seat being tested was uneven.
This time, a total of 20 child safety seats were tested, including 15 domestic brands and 5 imported brands.

The proportion of products that are excellent and recommended (used) is still relatively small, indicating that the space for improvement is still very large, and the importance attached to children's seats needs to be improved and improved.
Experts pointed out that the child safety seat tested in this batch was evaluated according to the new 2017 rules and is the mainstream product in the market. At the same time, the scope of evaluation has been expanded, and the evaluation indicators have been improved, which is more instructive for consumers. In the future, China Automotive Technology and Research Center will continue to evaluate children's seats, guiding manufacturers to pay more attention to the design and development of children's seat products, and further improve safety.
