Under the premise of ensuring the appearance quality of the sanding of the product, the thickness dimension is not exceeded, and the tolerance is found in the internal control standard of the enterprise.
(2). The sander operator checks the sanding appearance quality of each plate through mirror and hand touch, and finds that the surface is rough, the sanding amount of the upper and lower plates is inconsistent, and the sanding surface has a partial unsanded phenomenon, which should be eliminated. Check and adjust immediately.
2. Mechanical property test
(1). Sampling method
a. For the medium density fiberboard of the sand specification, the attendant inspector randomly selects one or several samples for testing according to the mechanical property test results of the woolboard.
b. After the sampler obtains the sample, the test is completed within 1 hour and the test result is notified to the inspector.
3. Judgment
(1). The inspector inspects the appearance and size of the first board, including the thickness, length, width and diagonal, according to the "MDF Enterprise Internal Control Standard", and evaluates the work quality of the sander operator. Notify the operator and the shift supervisor and craftsman.
(2). The follow-up inspector compares the mechanical performance test results of each random sample with the corresponding test results of the wool board to determine the grade of the sanding board. If the difference between the two test results is large, the quality inspection department manager makes a decision.
(3). When inspecting the inspector, the appearance quality of the product should also be considered: if the density distribution in the thickness direction of the product is uniform, the corner condition, the surface condition, etc., the judgment level is determined according to the standard of the “Inner Control Standardâ€.
4. Sampling and decision rules:

If it is unqualified, 2 additional inspections, if still not qualified, it is determined that the mechanical properties of the sand specification plate of the class is unqualified.
(3). Batch specification: The production of hot plate produced by continuous production in the same performance and the same specification until the specification is changed is defined as one batch, such as 24 hours a day production time, and three specifications are produced. It is judged to be three batches.
