Four-color banner making process

1. Exposure, printing station device: use an angle iron to make an exposure table, the table with a 1cm glass, the next layer of light tube, both the exposure station can also be printed on the above.

2. Edition and printing by three-point positioning device: use angle iron to do two positioning brackets. Each screen is exposed and printed with three fulcrums to ensure the rules of the four screens in the printing process.

3. Production of a simple printing bag: cover the whole net frame with a transparent plastic cloth (put a thick sponge on the screen), stick the plastic cloth on the exposure table with tape, and make a round opening on the edge of the plastic cloth. The high-power vacuum cleaner tube head is inserted into the round mouth, and the four sides are sealed with tape, and the vacuum is used to press the plastic cloth to press the sponge, thereby forming a simple vacuum plate-making machine.

4. Exposure time: The exposure time is based on the intensity of the light source and the distance between the light source and the screen. The light intensity and short exposure time are short, and vice versa. In general, it is better that the exposure time is longer than the exposure. The time is too short. One is that the developer will lose the outlets, and the second is that there will be ignorance and blockage. The phenomenon of ignorance in the pattern on the ground can be penetrated by the high-pressure water gun after the double exposure, and dot printing is very easy to damage the dots with this method.
