Vacuum transmission can correct the edge of the paper to ensure that the first color is in place. The paper feed unit does not use a double roller system, which means that the cardboard will not be squeezed and can be kept intact;

Registron® registration system, used for registration control, correcting each color, and can be used to reject unqualified paper;

Ink system with automatic cleaning function;

The anilox roller is automatically replaced without operator intervention;

Suitable for printing plates of different thickness.

The speed of MASTERFLEX-L can reach 10,000 sheets per hour, together with the automatic paper feeder and automatic stacker, its annual output can easily exceed 28 million square meters. Two specifications are available: 1300 X 1700 mm and 1300 X 2100 mm.

FLEXO 160-VISION features

FLEXO 160-VISION combines technology and flexibility, making printing very easy and direct, and helping users advance to the more complex production and higher quality packaging field. The specific features are as follows:

Fixed unit and vacuum absorption conveying can make paper printing register accurate;

The hot air drying system ensures that the ink dries quickly, making precision printing on coated paper possible;

Electrostatic dust removal device is used to eliminate paper dust;

The anilox roller is quickly replaced in a few minutes.
