The second film factory of Lucky Group is affiliated to Lucky Group of China. It is located in the historic city of Nanyang, Henan. It is the only domestic enterprise with the production capacity of printing film, offset printing plate and flexographic printing plate.
1. Huaguang series products
Huaguang product series mainly include printing film, Huaguang series printing plate materials, digital printing materials, optical film materials, coating materials and fine chemicals. Among them, Huaguang series printing plate materials cover the mainstream plate materials in the current market, with more than 1,000 specifications in specifications to meet different personalized needs. In order to meet the needs of customers, personalized formula design is generally adopted.

The specifications of Huaguang offset printing plate series products are length less than 1610mm, width less than 1320mm, and the thickness is generally divided into 5 grades, which are 0.15 mm, 0.20 mm, 0.25 mm, 0.30 mm, 0.40 mm. Huaguang flexible resin plate has certain compatibility with ink and solvent, suitable for water-based ink, but not compatible with oil-based ink, hydrocarbon solvent or ink containing more than 25% ethyl acetate. In printing, it has good independent line reduction ability, high exposure and printing latitude, moderate plate hardness and elasticity, and excellent ink transfer properties. It is full of pinholes for solid printing plates. It is mainly suitable for corrugated carton companies and plate-making companies, the scope of use corrugated cardboard? Cardboard and so on.
