4. The use of too old, unsturdy and deformed screen frame plate making, due to poor screen frame stability caused by the deviation of the printed image (these problems can be detected with negative film).
5. When multi-color overprinting, the screen pitch used is inconsistent.
6. Deformation of glue scraping.
7. The size of the substrate changes due to certain factors.
