Polishing effect of UV opaque white paint on metalized substrate
UV opaque white paint is printed in the first and second printing units, and is dried by an inter-unit drying device. Subsequently, the UV overprinted primary colors are printed by the wet press wet method and cured by a second UV unit drying device. In order to complete the finishing process, a high-gloss UV glazing oil is used for local glazing through a photosensitive resin plate between the glazing units, and it is dried with a UV lamp in the extended paper collection device.
