1. 2. The main points of BOPET printing: because PET is usually thin, it is easy to wrinkle, it needs a lot of tension when printing, it has certain selectivity to the ink, it is easy to delaminate with general printing ink, the film has large static electricity, and blockage and fluff are easy to occur As well as the phenomenon of scratch marks, it is beneficial to have a high humidity in the workshop when printing.

3. BOPA printing points: BOPA is a flexible packaging film that is easy to absorb moisture and deform . Therefore, the environment humidity of the printing machine must not be too high when printing; the unprinted film cannot damage its original aluminum film packaging film, and it should be printed immediately after opening. The nylon film needs to be preheated during printing, and the preheating temperature is 50 ~ 80 ℃; the printing tension should be reduced appropriately; the pressure should be moderate; the adaptability of the ink is strong, depending on the choice of product structure, if it is a cooking bag, the cooking ink must be selected; the flexible packaging product after printing must be tightly packed and placed in the dry and ripening room Store and compound as soon as possible.

4. The key points of K- coated film ( KOP , KPA , KPET ) printing: because the K-coated film is either roller coated or sprayed, its thickness uniformity is not very good, the surface is not smooth, and the PVDC is just brittle, in When printing, the printing tension and embossing pressure should not be too large, the difficulty of overprinting is difficult, and the ink transferability is poor. When printing a shallow screen, it is easy to get a flower. It needs to use a higher hardness pressure roller for printing. In addition, it is selective for the solvent. Improper use of the solvent may dissolve the coating. The residual solvent of the printed film is large and it is easy to block. Therefore, special attention should be paid to drying and cooling. The matting film can be printed with OPP on its glossy surface, but because the matting layer on its surface cannot withstand high temperatures, the drying temperature needs to be controlled.

5. The pearlescent film adopts surface printing ink for surface printing, and try to use the surface printing ink with good transparency. When the heat shrinkable film is printed, a very low drying temperature should be used, and a special heat shrinkable ink should be selected. If it is a PVC heat shrinkable film, the solubility of the solvent in the film must also be considered .
