**Usage Precautions**
1. Always fill the front tank with liquid medium, ensuring the level is at least 30mm below the work board. Failure to do so may damage the heater when power is turned on.
2. Choose the appropriate liquid medium based on operating temperature:
- For 5–85°C: Use water.
- For 85–95°C: Use 15% glycerol aqueous solution.
- For above 95°C: Use oil with a flash point at least 50°C higher than the working temperature.
3. Ensure a stable power supply of 220V/50Hz, with sufficient capacity and proper grounding.
4. Place the instrument in a dry, well-ventilated area, keeping at least 300mm of clearance around it.
5. Avoid opening the upper cover when the bath is at high temperatures to prevent burns.
6. After use, turn off all switches and disconnect the power.
7. Regularly clean the work surface and control panel to maintain hygiene and functionality.
8. Monitor the liquid level in the tank. If it drops too low, refill immediately.
For tanks operating above 100°C, internal circulation is recommended. If external circulation is required, ensure all connections are secure to avoid leaks or accidents.
