Human C-reactive protein (CRP) ELISA kit use method

Note 1. Before use, remove the kit from the refrigerated environment and allow it to equilibrate at room temperature for 15–30 minutes. If the enzyme label is accidentally unsealed after opening, place the strip in a sealed bag to maintain its integrity. 2. The concentrated washing solution may crystallize during storage. When diluting, gently heat it in a water bath until fully dissolved. This does not affect the test results. 3. Use a dedicated pipette for each step and regularly check accuracy to prevent errors. It’s recommended to complete the sample loading within 5 minutes. For large numbers of samples, using an automated pipetting device is advised. 4. Always prepare a standard curve simultaneously with each test. It’s best to run duplicate wells. If the sample OD value exceeds that of the first standard well, dilute the sample appropriately before testing. When calculating, multiply the measured concentration by the dilution factor (e.g., ×n×5). 5. The sealing film is for single-use only to avoid cross-contamination. 6. Keep the substrate away from direct light to preserve its activity. 7. Follow the manual instructions carefully. All test results must be confirmed using a microplate reader. 8. Treat all samples, washes, and waste materials as potentially infectious. 9. Do not mix reagents from different batches. 10. In case of discrepancies between the English and other language manuals, the English version takes precedence. Storage Conditions: Store the kit at 2–8°C. Shelf Life: 6 months from the date of manufacture. It’s important to ensure all steps are followed precisely to maintain the accuracy and reliability of the assay. Always double-check your procedures and keep a record of any deviations or observations during the process. Proper handling and storage are critical to achieving consistent and reproducible results. If you have any questions or encounter issues, refer back to the manual or contact technical support for assistance.

Microfiber Material In Roll

Microfiber fabric is a new textile material with high technology and high added value. It is mainly made of very fine fibers (usually between 0.1 microns and a few microns in diameter) and has the following characteristics:
1. ** High water absorption ** : Microfiber fabric because of its small fiber diameter, can absorb a lot of water, several times higher than ordinary cotton fabric.
2. ** Soft and comfortable ** : Due to the large gap between the fibers, the touch is very soft, good air permeability, high comfort.
3. Strong wear resistance ** : The fiber structure of microfiber fabrics is tight, the wear resistance is far more than that of traditional fiber materials, and it is not easy to pilling.
4. ** Anti-wrinkle ** : Fabric is not easy to produce wrinkles, easy to take care of.
5. ** Antistatic ** : Due to its special chemical and physical properties, microfiber fabrics can effectively reduce the generation of static electricity.
6. ** Environmental protection ** : In the production process, microfiber fabrics are environmentally friendly and have less impact on the environment.
Microfiber fabrics are widely used in clothing, household goods, medical and other fields, such as the production of high-end clothing, bedding, baby diapers, surgical gowns, etc., because of its excellent performance and welcomed by the market.
