**Note:**
1. Before use, remove the kit from the refrigerated environment and allow it to reach room temperature for 15–30 minutes. If the enzyme label is not resealed after opening, place the strip in a sealed bag to maintain its integrity.
2. The concentrated washing solution may form crystals when stored. When preparing the working solution, gently heat it in a water bath to dissolve the crystals. This will not affect the test results.
3. Use a dedicated pipette for each step and regularly calibrate the accuracy to prevent errors. It’s recommended to complete each sample addition within 5 minutes. For large numbers of samples, using a multichannel pipette is highly advised.
4. Always prepare a standard curve during each test, and ideally run duplicate wells. If the sample's OD value exceeds that of the first standard well, dilute the sample before testing. Multiply the final result by the dilution factor (e.g., ×n×5) during calculation.
5. The sealing film is for single-use only to avoid contamination between different tests.
6. Keep the substrate away from direct light to preserve its activity.
7. Follow the manual instructions carefully. All test results must be confirmed with a microplate reader.
8. Treat all samples, washes, and waste as potentially infectious materials.
9. Do not mix components from different batches of the reagent.
10. In case of discrepancies, the English version of the manual takes precedence.
**Storage Conditions and Shelf Life:**
1. Store the kit at 2–8°C.
2. The shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture.
