1. Introduction
With the rapid development of the economy, people's lifestyles and consumption habits have become increasingly diverse. People often visit scenic spots, shopping malls, or exhibition centers, which are usually located in large, busy areas. However, users frequently struggle to quickly identify popular attractions, understand the best routes to their destinations, or receive clear guidance. The lack of comprehensive information and limited methods of communication can significantly affect users' overall experience at these locations, thereby diminishing their satisfaction and consumption behavior. Therefore, enhancing service quality in commercial, exhibition, and tourism settings, and making business activities more intelligent, has become a critical goal.2. System Overview
To address issues such as limited information availability, single communication methods, and weak consumer guidance in places like tourist attractions, shopping malls, and exhibition centers, this system aims to develop an intelligent, personalized, and diversified itinerary guidance and planning service. The project leverages NFC (Near Field Communication) technology to create an intelligent platform that supports location-based guidance, experiential navigation, and consumer assistance. This system can be widely applied in high-traffic areas such as shopping malls, tourist sites, and convention centers, effectively solving problems related to information dissemination, route guidance, and consumer support in environments with high demand for real-time data. By embedding NFC tags in information nodes, the system spreads and delivers relevant data, provides accurate location services, and uses trajectory and behavior matrices to offer intelligent recommendations.3. System Architecture
The system architecture is composed of three main components: the sensing layer, the cloud platform layer (which will be expanded in the future), and the application service layer. It utilizes wireless self-organizing network technology to integrate with the internet, enabling the transmission of various types of sensor or control information through the cloud platform. Ultimately, it delivers intelligent guidance, value-added services, and development opportunities for crowded spaces such as shopping centers, tourist attractions, and convention halls. The system structure is illustrated in Figure 1 below.4. Technical Solutions
The system is divided into two main parts: hardware and software. It includes components such as information nodes, a node management subsystem, a guidance information management subsystem, and a mobile application. Key technical challenges include ensuring seamless communication between devices, optimizing data processing for real-time guidance, and providing an intuitive user interface.
