Clinique's Crystal White Series - a seamless PCTA bottle

The Clinique Crystal Whitening Skin Care Series includes 30 ml, 50 ml, 150 ml bottles. The 30 ml device is made from dual injections of PCTA. The first pearl-shaped PCTA model uses simple PCTA to create thickness (to protect the product inside the bottle), depth (for better graphics reproduction), bottom transparency (to create a light feeling and to attract customers). To make molds and demoulding such a long container requires a lot of trial work, especially the vertical dividing line to do basically invisible. The bottleneck is also the PCTA pouring, and then the super frequency azimuth is welded to the top of the bottle. A separate air tightness test is to be performed at the same time as the welding to ensure that the two components are perfectly welded together. The bottle then passes through three decorative steps: silver hot stamping, grey and green screen printing.

The 50 ml bottle is based on the same principle and is produced using a single injection. It is also a technological achievement in the manufacture of long models.

The final is a 150-ml bottle. The cap made by Alpack Soft Techpack consists of three parts: a pearl-white PCTA exterior, a pearly green PCTA interior, and a screw-on pearl green PP insert. The technical know-how here is not to glue or clamp three parts together, but to use ultra-frequency acoustic positioning welding to ensure that this series of products are completely consistent in visual design and style.
