Proposal of the problem In 1998, Xinji Coal Preparation Plant took the lead in using the FC-1,200 fine coal centrifuge made in Australia, which brought a profound change to the recovery of the coarse slime plant. The operation noise of FC-1200 centrifuge is low, and the total moisture recovery of coarse slime is generally below 17%. Previously, the plant used a linear vibrating screen (sieve gap 0.25ram), and the recovered product moisture was 26% to 30%. The operation failure rate of FC-1200 centrifuge is basically zero, which brings great convenience to the normal production of coal preparation. However, due to the relatively high cost of the equipment parts and components and the relatively complicated purchase channels, the production cost is relatively high. It can be seen from Table 1 that the annual operating cost of the FC-1200 centrifuge amounts to 253,882 yuan, which is very high compared to the domestically produced coal fine centrifuge.
In order to solve the problem of high operating costs of imported FC-1200 centrifuges, Xinji Coal Preparation Plant believes that as long as the key structures and technical parameters are modified and adjusted, the domestic The coal centrifuge can completely replace the imported FC-1200 centrifuge and can achieve the same effect.
2 Comparison of technical parameters The technology of imported FC-1200 centrifuge and domestic fine coal centrifuge

It can be seen from Table 2 that the feed particle size difference is large, the screen basket inclination angle is basically the same, the gap between the screen basket of the domestic ground coal centrifuge is slightly larger, the rotation speed of the screen basket and scraper The centrifuge strength of the domestic coal dust centrifuge is 162, which is better than the 147 of the FC-1200 centrifuge. 3 Production process requirements The recommended process flow of imported FC-1200 centrifuge is shown in Figure 1.

There are two main links in the process: one is the staged concentration cyclone, and the other is the feed buffer device. The former guarantees the feed concentration of the centrifuge, while the latter guarantees the feed speed is relatively slow. As for the arc-shaped screen in the middle, it has little effect in actual use and can be canceled. The underflow concentration of the cyclone should be above 400g / L. The main function of the buffer device is to reduce the flow rate of the material and extend the dehydration time of the material in the centrifuge to obtain a better dehydration effect. Otherwise, once the underflow concentration is too thin or the material If the flow rate is too fast, it will cause the product moisture to be too high or run. The requirements for the material concentration and flow rate of domestic fine coal centrifuges are the same as those of imported FC-1200 centrifuges. 4 Adjustment of structural parameters and effect of use By comparing imported FC-1200 centrifuge and domestic fine coal centrifuge, we believe that there are three main components that affect the dehydration effect of the centrifuge: one is the scraper cover (material distribution plate). The feed of the scraper cover of the imported FC-1200 centrifuge is relatively smooth, and the angle of the scraper cover is 17.17, which is conducive to reducing the feeding speed. The scraper cover angle of the domestic coal dust centrifuge is 45. , Relatively large, poor in buffering capacity. Therefore, the scraper cover of the domestic fine coal centrifuge has been modified to reduce the angle of the scraper cover and encrypt the fabric guide plate, so as to solve the problem of material buffer; the second is the screen basket. The screen strip layout and screen strip cross-section structure of the imported FC-1200 centrifuge overcome the problem of difficulty in dehydration caused by the slime clogging the screen gap. More than two years of production and operation have achieved satisfactory results. The technical parameters of domestic coal fine centrifuge and imported FC-1200 centrifuge are shown in Table 3. It can be seen from Table 3 that the recovery of the same coarse slime in domestic fine coal centrifuge basically achieves the same effect as the imported FC-1200 centrifuge. The small sieving results of the centrifuge feed, product and centrifuge are shown in Table 4 and Table 5. The small sieving data in Table 4 and Table 5 show that the indicators of the modified domestic coal dust centrifuge are also consistent with those of the imported FC-1200 centrifuge, indicating that the domestic coal dust centrifuge can be used for coarse coal after transformation Mud recycling.
