2: Sticky (bar) rubber failure

Because our factory mainly produces its own periodicals, the paper is generally relatively fixed, mainly 70g offset, 70g, 80g light coating, 95g, 105g, 128g, 157g high gloss double copper. For the paper we often point, light coating is more A difficult paper, due to its own nature, is easy to cause the failure of the adhesive rubber. Generally, a certain amount of ink adjustment oil is added to the ink to reduce the viscosity of the ink. There is also a need to adjust the pull gauge. The paper 1 But if it is not pulled, it will easily cause the failure of the sticky rubber, because in addition to the normal printing area on the rubber, whether it is leaning on or outside, there will be excess ink accumulated on the rubber, the viscosity will be larger, and it is easier to stick And tear the paper, causing the failure of the sticky rubber, but sometimes when the situation is serious, there is also a way to compare benzene, that is, washing the rubber frequently!

3: Press rubber

Rubber blanket damage is what we commonly call rubber pressing. After the rubber is pressed, the color of the pressed color group will not be printed or the dots will be lost. The failure of the rubber pressing is generally caused by sticky rubber, or it may be There are other reasons. Generally, the pressure is not very strong. After the rubber is loosened, there is a reducing agent to clean the pressed place. It is a little more serious. If the reducing agent cannot be used, you need to remove the rubber and put the rubber on the quilt. Place a pad on the place where the pressure is applied. If the rubber is pressed very badly, you will need to replace the rubber if it fails to pad. 4: Common faults of plate overprinting and printing plate

When changing the product, the printing plate will be replaced. When installing the plate, it is necessary to pay attention to the bite and the screw to be loosened in place. When the plate is inserted, the control holes on the front, back, and left and right should be inserted, and there should be no gaps. Otherwise, the version will be crooked. When tightening the screw, first tighten it slightly, then tighten the bite. When tightening the bite, the middle two screws can be tightened, but the two sides should not be tightened too much, otherwise the version will be tightened. When pulling it out, the principle of "loose to change, tight diagonal" and "less top and more pull" when pulling the plate, sometimes there will be a dirty version of the fault, which is usually caused by the protective glue or other reasons. You should wipe the side of the printing plate with cleaning paste, which is commonly known as "kneading the plate" in printing.

5: The printed product changes color

In one production, the color of the printed matter will often change, and it is a kind of fault that is difficult to eradicate completely. According to the explanations and personal summaries of the masters, there are the following treatment methods:

1. First of all, you should check whether the design of the printed matter on the layout is reasonable, such as placing a pattern with a large amount of ink (or a superposition of four-color screens) at a slight position. This layout design is definitely not conducive to printing high quality. The prints should be placed in the gripper position, which is conducive to the gripper's control of the paper, and it is easier to print non-discoloring prints.

2. If there is a discoloration of the printed matter, do not start to conclude the problem of the printing machine itself. You should first look for the cause on the periphery of the printing machine. First, you should use a magnifying glass to observe the dots on the printing plate to check whether it has appeared If the deformation of the dots is found on the printed version, then the film should be checked to rule out the problem at the time of filming.

3. After excluding the film problem, you should check whether there is a problem with the ink path system. You can use a very simple method to check the ink path system. If such a substance is found, the discoloration may be caused by the local discoloration of the printed matter produced by the crystalline substance pile. Restart the printing machine and ink to each ink roller. After the ink is finished, close the plate ink roller and plate water roller to check whether the pressure reaches the standard. 4. After there is no problem in the ink path system, check the condition of the water path, adjust the pressure between the plate water roller, the metering roller, the water bucket roller, and the water channeling roller, especially adjust the pressure of the middle roller Under insufficient conditions, it is best not to use the intermediate water roller in the printing process.

5. If there is no problem with the ink and ink path, you should check whether the rubber pad is standard. It is recommended that the thickness of the pad should be 35 wire. The rubber cloth is preferably a brand with aluminum strips and the rubber cloth is preferably new. It is better to re-tighten the new blanket after using it for a while.

6. If the heat still does not solve the problem of discoloration after doing this, you may want to consider the problem of the teeth. The dental pads should be cleaned, and it is best to remove the spring for cleaning.

7. Check the condition of the paper under the paper, which includes the adjustment of the paper wind, the flatness of the paper in the front gauge, the cooperation between the paper and the pressure plate, the operation of the conveyor belt, and so on.
