In order to reduce the cost and achieve the same control effect, the technical reform was adopted. For domestically produced instruments, the AI ​​instrument produced by Yudian Company was selected as the replacement instrument.
Second, the system requirements
1. Control temperature accuracy requirement ±1 °C;
2. When the temperature is lower than a certain value A, the power of the two groups of thermal cycle systems is fully open, and when the value is higher than the value A, the output is adjusted according to the temperature, and the value A can be set;
3. With upper deviation alarm output;
4. The heating system adopts PID control;
5, when the temperature is 50 ~ 200 ° C, the output is 4 ~ 9mA
Third, the system structure
According to the system requirements, we chose AI-808AX4XL2L2 as the main temperature controller. The block diagram of the system is shown below:
The main output of the AI-808 meter is used as the control signal of AIJK6 to control the heating output; the auxiliary output is the transmission output, which is used as the control signal of the inverter 1; the analog output of the inverter 1 is used as the control signal of the inverter 2, Inverter 2 follows the operation of inverter 1.
Fourth, instrument selection and function
The AI-808 regulator also has a manual/automatic bumpless switching operation based on the AI-708 regulator, with manual auto-tuning and display output values, and as a proportional output for the servo amplifier to directly control the valve position. In this system, the AI-808 meter is used for temperature detection of the air conditioning unit and forward and reverse control of the servo motor. The specific model is AI-808AX4XL2L2. The specific module functions are as follows:
X photoelectrically isolated linear current output module;
X4 optically isolated linear current output module, and does not occupy the internal isolation power supply of the instrument;
L2 relay contact switch (varistor absorption) output module.
AIJK6 is an intelligent three-phase phase-shifting trigger and cycle zero-crossing trigger with single-chip technology. It has powerful functions and high reliability. It can adapt to various kinds of resistance wires, silicon carbon rods and silicon molybdenum rods whose load is reduced by transformer. Various industrial electric furnaces such as tungsten wire can also be used for the control of motor soft start. The main features include:
â— 0~20mA (0~5V)/4~20mA (1~5V) signal compatible input;
â— When the load is resistive, its output power is proportional to the input signal;
â— With phase loss detection, over current detection and alarm function;
â—Automatic synchronization function, no phase sequence is required when connecting the thyristor trigger line;
â—Using all-optical point isolation and "burning not bad" technology, the reliability is very high, and the interference to the input terminal is small;
â—It contains switching power supply, which can be directly powered by 220VAC power supply, and has 5V and 24V DC power output.
Five, parameter settings
1, AI-808 instrument parameter settings:
According to the specific requirements, the main parameters of the AI-808 instrument are set as follows:
HIAL 120 (value A) Use the upper limit alarm output to control the switching of the inverter speed reference, using the multi-function input of the inverter to complete;
The DHAL 5 system requires a positive deviation alarm of 5 degrees or less;
Ctrl 1 is adjusted by AI artificial intelligence;
Sn 0 is input as a thermocouple with K graduation;
DIL 50 input the lower limit display value, here to make the temperature value corresponding to the lower limit of the output;
DIH 650 inputs the upper limit display value, here the temperature value corresponding to the upper limit of the transmission output;
OP1 4 4~20mA linear current output;
The ALP 1 upper limit alarm is output by AL2, and the positive deviation alarm is output by AL1;
Run 2 automatically adjusts the state and prohibits manual operation;
2, ALJK6 settings
The AIJK6 settings are set by a 6-bit DIP switch:
The first bit is used to select the input signal specification, OFF means the input is 0~20mA or 0~5V, ON means the input signal is 4~20mA or 1~5V, and the voltage or current input is selected by jumper, in the system. The input signal is 4 to 20 mA, so the first bit is set to the ON state;
The second wiring mode is selected, it is set correctly before leaving the factory, no need to change, AIJK6 should be in the ON state;
The third bit is used to select the phase shift/zero crossing trigger mode, OFF is the phase shift trigger, and the system uses phase shift triggering;
The fourth digit is used for the phase loss alarm. The OFF is set here to indicate that the alarm is triggered as long as any phase is missing or the thyristor is broken down.
The fifth bit is used to select the IN2 function for current feedback or to adjust the soft start/soft stop delay time. The system is used to adjust the soft start/soft stop delay time and is set to OFF.
The sixth bit is used for special functions, set to OFF
There are also two jumpers on the AIJK6 board, which select whether the main inputs IN1 and IN2 are current inputs or current inputs, which are set as current inputs.
Conclusion
After the instrument parameters are set, the PID self-tuning is performed. After the self-tuning is finished, the observation control effect is good enough to achieve the control effect of the imported instrument.
