When the two-position selector switch 2RS is set in the "continuous adjustment" position, the solenoid valves 2SV and 6SV are energized, so that the pressure regulated by the regulating valve (MV) is connected to the intake valve, and the system pressure is raised to the adjustment. This adjustment pressure drops near the valve set point. This allows the intake valve to throttle the air flow, and the butterfly valve opening degree is reduced, thereby reducing the air supply amount of the compressor, so that the temperature is rapidly changed and the test chamber compressor supply air is balanced with the user gas.

2. Automatic uninstall operation

If the user gas is less than the rated air supply of the unit, the air supply pressure rises. When the pressure exceeds the upper limit of the pressure switch 1PS, the 1PS action, the load solenoid valve 1SV is de-energized, the compressed air to the control cylinder is cut off, and the compression in the cylinder is performed. The air is returned to the main engine inlet, the cylinder is reset under the action of the spring, the butterfly valve is closed, and the 3SV venting solenoid valve is turned off, so that the compressor exhaust gas is returned to the compressor inlet to maintain a stable no-load pressure of the unit system. Between the upper and lower limits of the pressure switch 1PS. At this time, the temperature of the test chamber compressor stops supplying air. If the user continues to use gas, the pressure drops. When the pressure switch 1PS is lowered to the lower limit of the pressure switch, 1PS is reset, the solenoid valve is energized 1SV, the cylinder is controlled, and the butterfly valve is opened. Then enter the load operation. If the user does not need gas, the unit will operate stably under no-load pressure.

3. No-load operation before loading

After the unit is started, before the load, the 1SV is in the power-off state, the compressed air is not supplied to the control cylinder, the control cylinder does not operate, the butterfly valve is closed, and the unit is in an idle state.

The butterfly valve is not completely closed, and the temperature of the test chamber compressor has a small amount of intake air, which is discharged through the venting solenoid valve 3SV on the separation cylinder. And the intake and exhaust are balanced, maintaining the exhaust pressure of the compressor 2-3bar, ensuring the normal circulation of the gas path and controlling the cylinder to have sufficient operating pressure during loading.

4. Load operation after loading

After the two-position selection 1RS is set in the "load" position, the solenoid valve 1SV is energized, the compressed air is supplied to the control cylinder, the cylinder piston is pushed, the butterfly valve is fully opened, and the venting solenoid valve 3SV is closed, and the unit is in a full load operation state. The unit supplies the rated air volume of the user's compressor.
