Fundamentally speaking, corrugated board has the same regularity as plain paper. Depending on the ambient humidity, corrugated cardboard sometimes absorbs moisture and sometimes releases moisture. In the standard state, the moisture content is approximately 9-10%, which changes with the change of the ambient humidity. Corrugated board moisture is determined according to GB450 and GB6543-86, GB6033-86 method, each board is measured at five points for each average, the moisture content has a direct impact on the following strength, so must be measured in the determination of various characteristics Its moisture content.

Second, the burst strength (computer monitoring compression instrument)

Corrugated paper's breaking strength is the same as the paper's breaking strength. It is an important evaluation standard for corrugated paperboard quality and is recognized by various countries.

To determine the burst strength, pressurize the corrugated board in a certain area.

The corrugated board is stretched to a certain extent and cracked. The continuous resistance to external forces before and after the test (see Fig. 7) can be considered as one of the basic characteristics of corrugated board.

When measuring the burst strength of corrugated board, it is necessary to pay attention to the change in value caused by the strength of the fastening pressure. If the fastening pressure is low, the elongation of corrugated board tends to be high when measured.

Whether the double-sided corrugated board (three-tier) or two-watt double-sided corrugated board (five) fastening pressure should reach 0,3 MPa.
