Normal > Husky Injection Molding Systems Co., Ltd. showcased a high-speed work cell that uses in-mold label (IML) technology to produce beautiful containers at the Plast06 International Plastics Industry Exhibition in Milan .

Normal > The integrated IML work unit displayed was jointly developed by Husky and SysTec Komplettsysteme GmbH of Bad Urach, Germany . At the heart of the system is a compact Husky Hylectric H120 injection molding machine with dual-cavity molds and an integrated SysTec IML system with force-guided label plug-in technology . It uses a Husky SwingChute in- mold automatic control device to remove the label from the label box, then adjust the orientation and place it on the insert mold core. This means that it can quickly and accurately label the sides and bottom of the container.
