Japan develops polypropylene packaging box for replacing corrugated boxes

Recently, Japan's plastics manufacturing company, which specializes in the manufacture and sale of logistic boxes, has developed and produced a new type of logistics box that can replace corrugated boxes, Lisboks. This is a collapsible polypropylene plastic box that can solve problems related to the health management and recycling of corrugated paper. Can be widely used in the circulation of food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and various industrial products. In the first year of the listing, the market sales target was set at 150,000 logistic boxes and sales of 400 million yen. It is expected that it will reach an annual output of 1 million logistic boxes and sales of 2.5 billion yen.

At present, in the process of commodity circulation, the widely used packaging is corrugated paper cartons. However, in recent years there have been problems that must be addressed in terms of hygiene and environment: (1) the "paper powder" problem caused by corrugated cardboard boxes; (2) a water-to-moisture that makes cartons a breeding ground for bacteria; (3) ) The cross-section of the corrugated box is susceptible to pest eggs; (4) corrugated cartons are easily turned into food for rodents and pests. The above problems have become serious health problems.

Since the new logistics packaging box is made of polypropylene, it can completely solve the above problems. Although there are problems such as dust and rubbish on the environment and problems related to the recycling method, the use of such a logistics box can reduce the cost of recycling.

The material thickness of the new type of logistics packaging box is 5mm, and the folded packaging container is only about 1/2 in size, which is about the same as a corrugated cardboard box. The new logistics packaging box uses the polypropylene material that is most convenient for recycling. The curved part of the box forms an elastomer due to the use of an elastic resin, so it can withstand repeated bending applications. In addition, the elastomer can also prevent slipping during operation when stacked. The unique technology consisting of elastomers and polypropylene materials is integrated. There are two types of new logistics packaging models: one is 455mm × 333mm × 310mm, capacity is 40L, the folded thickness is 32mm, the price is 5491 yen; the other is 322mm × 300mm × 310mm, capacity For 26L, the folded thickness is 32mm, and the price is 5124 yen.
