2. Offset printing and offset printing combined with screen printing:

Offset printed CD. Fine and high-resolution color graphics can be printed with dot lines >60L/cm. There is no problem with tone values ​​>90% or <10%. Since the printing ink layer is much thinner than the screen printing ink layer, the offset printing speed is fast and the light curing time of the ink is short, so it is more suitable for the optical disc, especially for high flatness and high definition DVD. Therefore, in recent years, a number of domestic optical disc manufacturers have launched special graphic printers for offset printing on the optical discs. They use screen printing to make white, and then use offset printing to print UVC, M, Y, K and four-color inks. , Light curing is completed on a printing press, thus exerting the characteristics of silk screen and offset printing, ensuring the quality of the optical disc graphic quality, taking into account the laser tilt angle requirements of the optical disc, which is the basic used at home and abroad in recent DVD and other optical discs Printing method.

3. The developing printing disc method:
