A total of 17 Danfoss VLT frequency converters were used in the production line with an output of 15,000 bottles per hour. They were used for wind transport, conveyor belt transport, bottle washing, canning and capping. The main functions and process of each part of the flowchart are as follows:
The whole bottle machine assembles the untidy empty bottles into the bottle mouth upwards, and then sends them into the wind transport path (centrifuged by 5 sets of 2.2kW. The large sales volume of Coca-Cola's busy season often makes the can line run at full capacity day and night to meet the needs of the market. The above-mentioned production line has a day-night output value of approximately 15,000 x 2.50 x 24 = 900,000 yuan.
