When inspecting the appearance quality of anodized aluminum, it is mainly observed whether the product specifications, model, color, grade and shelf life meet the requirements. See if the surface of the electrochemical aluminum has scratches, blisters, abnormal colors, surface damage, wrinkles, and unevenness. And whether the brightness is balanced. In actual production, due to the lack of testing equipment, it is often difficult for label companies to effectively detect each indicator. At this time, the quality status can be effectively verified in accordance with the production status. For example, when detecting the gloss of anodized aluminum, as long as the hot stamping temperature is within the normal range, the color of the anodized aluminum is basically unchanged; when detecting the sharpness of the hot stamping, as long as the pressure used in the hot stamping process is appropriate, the stroke of the text layout is appropriate.
