Bottom cylinder oil pressure and two controllable medium and high roller oil pressure are controlled by electro-hydraulic proportional valve, and follow and adjust automatically according to the set value of line pressure. The electronic control system adopts all-digital DC speed control. The paper roller is pressed with imported wool paper. The DC drive, programmable controller, tension sensor, proportional variable high pressure plunger pump, electro-hydraulic proportional valve and hydraulic seal are all imported parts. . Therefore, the main performance index of this machine is leading domestically and it is a new generation super calender made in China. The performance indicators of coated paper produced during the commissioning of the machine are better than the quality requirements of Class A coated paper of GB/T10335-1995 national standard. In particular, the smoothness is within 10% on both sides.
The structure of the aircraft is introduced as follows:
(1) The net width of the two supercalenders is 1760mm, and the maximum working speed is 600m/min and 700m/min, respectively.
(2) The top roller bottom roller is a partition controllable medium high roller. Roll shell material is alloy chill cast iron. Inner hole fine grinding, outer circle ultra-precision grinding, roughness less than 0.1μm, showing a mirror, the hardness of more than 70 Shore. The mandrel is an alloy steel. The controllable medium and high rollers are controlled by hydraulic pressure, and the oil supply pressure is automatically tracked and adjusted by the programmable control of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve according to the set line pressure. The hydraulic system adopts imported proportional high pressure plunger pump with constant pressure variable control.
(3) bottom cylinder pressure roller and calender roller weight compensation system. This machine adopts bottom cylinder pressure and quick roller off, and is equipped with a calender roller weight compensation system. When the "bottom cylinder carrying roller" lifts each calender roller, except for the bottom roller top roller, the weight of the remaining 10 sets of calender roller components is compensated, so that the bottom cylinder oil pressure only needs to be given a small line pressure in each nip. This will help the operator to pull the paper at the speed of the crawler, and the pressure in the nips is basically the same.
The features of the supercalender nip arrangement are: the upper 5 nips press one side of the paper sheet, and the lower 5 nips press the other side of the paper sheet. That is, each side of the sheet is calendered 5 times under the same line pressure. The traditional super calender is influenced by the weight of the press roller. Under the condition of no pressure, the bottom roller has a line pressure of 80kN/m or more, and the wide super calender is larger. The super calender presses the paper with the same bottom roller pressure, and the calendering effect on the paper is much greater than the traditional super calender.
Bottom cylinder pressurizes oil pressure to pass according to the set line pressure through the electro-hydraulic proportional valve programmable control automatic accurate tracking speed control. When it is necessary to quickly take off the roller, press the "Emergency Stop" button to open the cartridge-type pilot-operated check valve. The bottom roller falls rapidly due to its own weight. The pressure roller balances the oil circuit and relieves pressure at the same time. Each pressure roller quickly disengages due to its own weight and achieves “quick roll off”. The machine's hydraulic control technology makes calendering operations smooth, coordinated, accurate, fast, and safe.
(4) Paper rewinding device. The paper-feeding reel device includes a DC motor with a photoelectric encoder, a speed reducer, a coupling with a brake drum, and an emergency brake mechanism, which are mounted on a rigid box base and are very stable. The emergency brake hydraulic brake can brake the largest roll that rotates at high speed in 2 to 3 seconds. The brakes are stable and the effect is remarkable. The active shaft sleeve that connects the roll paper roll is driven by the oil cylinder, with adjustable speed, which is safe and stable.
The manual adjustment mechanism of the paper roll holder adopts a rolling guide, which is light and flexible.
(5) The electric control system adopts full digital DC speed regulation. Both the main drive and unwinding reel motors use the Z4 series of famous DC motors. The motor is equipped with an optical encoder, and each roll-up and take-up roll has its own set of tension detection control system. The tension can be arbitrarily set on the operation table and automatically maintained. DC controllers, programmable controllers, human-machine interfaces, and tension sensors are imported parts. Working speed, working line pressure, unwinding and winding tension can be arbitrarily set, digital display, easy to operate.
(6) Hydraulic control system. As the hydraulic system uses constant pressure variable high-pressure plunger pump, electro-hydraulic proportional pressure valve programmable control, three-way pressure reducing valve and other advanced components and control technology, the hydraulic system has the following characteristics:
● Bottom cylinder pressure oil pressure, controllable high roller working oil pressure, automatic tracking and adjustment according to set line pressure.
● The use of calender roller weight compensation pressure valve can easily and accurately adjust the difference between the two sides of the paper sheet according to the conditions of the paper pressing operation.
● The use of electro-hydraulic proportional valve programmable control, according to the situation of paper pressure, adjust the pressure of the control of the high rollers, accurate adjustment of the paper banner difference.
● The use of cartridge valve control technology greatly increases the speed of the bottom cylinder off the roller.
●Emergency stop during high-speed paper press operation. The hydraulic brake can brake strongly and make the paper roll stop quickly. The effect is very significant.
● The pressure at both ends of the roll paper pressure roller can be arbitrarily adjusted by the proportional valve. The operation is convenient and responsive.

● Imported constant pressure variable high pressure plunger pump has high pressure, low noise, long life, and low heat generation.
● The entire hydraulic system is essentially leak-free.
When the machine is put into operation, the vibration of the rack is very slight, and the operation is very stable when the high speed paper is pressed, and the noise is obviously lower than that of similar models.
