In this experiment, a Thermo Scientific Gallery automatic biochemical analyzer was used to determine the phosphomolybdenum blue complex by 880nm wavelength spectrophotometry, and an analytical method for rapid detection of phosphate content in water samples was established. After the nitric acid-perchloric acid digestion method is used to pretreat the sludge or water sample to be tested, the water sample is poured into a sample tube, placed on a sample rack and tested on the machine. This method has the advantages of optional testing, low sample and reagent consumption, high sensitivity, and good repeatability. The detection process is easy to realize automation, standardization, and informationization, and can meet the rapid detection needs of a large number of samples in the field of water quality and environmental detection.
