Step 1: Treat the electrolytic cell.

Gently shake the electrolytic cell of the trace moisture analyzer a few times so that the water on the inner wall of the cell bottle is fully absorbed by the electrolyte, then put the electrolytic cell in the holder, turn on the stirring switch, adjust the stirring speed, and make the liquid surface A small vortex; insert the measuring electrode plug and the electrolytic electrode plug into the corresponding sockets of the host, and make good contact, turn on the electrolytic switch. Note: In the state of iodine, the green lights of the measuring signal indicator and the electrolytic signal indicator are all off, only one red light is lit, and the digital display does not count.

Step 2: Adjust the balance of the electrolyte.

If the electrolytic cell is still in a state of deep iodine extraction, use a 50ul micro sampler to draw 10ul of distilled water each time, wipe the needle with filter paper, press the start button, and inject it into the liquid level of the electrolytic cell multiple times through the hole in the middle of the injection cock Below, at any time, observe the color change of the electrolyte at any time until the electrolyte becomes light yellow, the measurement signal lamp and the electrolysis signal lamp green light indicate, and the counter starts counting. (When fresh electrolyte is used and the bottle is dry, about 30 ~ 50ul of water needs to be injected.) When the counting stops, stop the stirring, pick up the electrolytic cell and shake it a few times, then put the bottle on the inner wall again. The moisture is absorbed, and the calibration can be performed after the end point is alarmed. (The electrolyte that has just been replaced is sometimes not very stable. At this time, about 2 ~ 3ul of distilled water can be injected again to make it count the number of 2000 ~ 3000ug, which is convenient for faster and stable.)

Step 3: Calibrate the trace moisture analyzer.

After the electrolyte has stabilized, use a 0.5ul micro sampler to draw 0.3ul distilled water, wipe the needle with filter paper, press the start button, and inject it below the liquid level, the instrument starts counting, reaches the end point, displays 300 ± 30ug of water, and continuously calibrates 2 ~ 3 times, the count value is within the required range, indicating that the instrument is accurate. (Note: The error of the rapid moisture analyzer itself is not more than ± 0.3%, but considering that the micro sampler has a volume error of ± 5% and human operation error, so when using distilled water (100%) for calibration, the error is allowed to be within ± Within 10%.)
